Copyright Takedown Policy

Adultwebvoyeur.com follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If somebody is using your work without permission and it ends up on this site, we want to know about it. Valid claims get handled quickly, repeat offenders get removed permanently, and the whole process is designed to be boring on purpose. Boring is good when the topic is copyright.

How to Send a Takedown Request

You do not need a lawyer to file this. You do need to include all of the following, or the request will bounce back and you will have to start over. Sending an incomplete notice is the number one reason these things drag out.

Send the notice to our designated copyright agent through the contact page. Do not send it to a general inbox, or it will get lost in the pile.

Once a request is verified, we aim to process it within 24 to 72 hours.

How to File a Counter-Notice

Sometimes content gets removed by mistake. If that happened to you, you can file a counter-notice. The rules are strict about what needs to be in it, and skipping a part will delay the response. That is not us being difficult. It is what the law actually requires.

Problems That Are Not About Copyright

Not every complaint is a DMCA issue. Some things need to go to a different channel, and sending them through the takedown process slows everything down. If your problem falls into one of the categories below, use the contact page and flag it as a non-copyright issue.

How the Process Actually Runs

We do not sit on these requests. A complete notice gets looked at inside 1 to 3 business days. Repeat infringers get their accounts permanently closed, and the person filing a knowingly false claim can face legal consequences of their own. That part goes both ways. It is not just about protecting our content. It is about keeping the system honest for the people who actually need it.
